About Ms. Nielsen

I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1994 and have been teaching English and LST in the Surrey School District for the past 20 years.  In 2000 I returned to SFU to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration.  I have taught at Sullivan since 2006, in both the English and LST departments.  Currently I am the English Department Head as well as the facilitator for gifted/talented students.

 

This year I teach English 8, English 11, AP English Literature and Composition 12.

 

I am married and have 3 wonderfully entertaining children, who I tell tales of regularly to my classes.
